Junior Producer - Stylist Division

Apostrophe Reps is hiring a Junior Producer to support our stylist division. This role reports directly to the Director of the Stylist Division and is responsible for assisting with job production, data entry, and asset collection/management.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Support (45%)

  • Support the Director and Producer on production needs
    • Add job requests and meeting/call info to artists’ calendars
    • Build Estimates and send to Director, Producer and artists for review
    • Gather and send call sheet information to producers 
    • Send signed estimates to artists and file in billing folders
    • Collect final call sheets and creative decks, file them in billing folders
    • Assist Finance Manager with all billing needs

Data Entry & Workflow (30%)

  • Manage department CRM 
    • Input all job requests
    • Add new client contacts from job requests and call sheets
    • Assist Director and Producer with pulling client lists for promotion

Asset Collection and Management (25%)

  • Assist with asset management for the stylist division
    • Develop an image tracking system
    • Lead on image outreach for completed projects
    • Download assets and archive them 
    • Resize and upload assets into website backend
    • Share final assets with the artists 
    • Assist Director and Producer with updating artist portfolios 
    • Alert Visuals dept of new assets and provide them with full credits for promotion

 

CORE COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of industry related experience
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Experience operating successfully in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience with Wordpress and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Based in NYC area for hybrid-work environment

 

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE WOULD LOOK LIKE

  • Gives the Director and Producer 50% of their time back to focus on high-level bidding and promotion
  • Innovates and develops a successful image tracking workflow in CRM
  • Successfully assists in producing simple productions
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with artists, team members, and clients

 

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

  • Salary Range - $62,000 - $65,000, depending on experience
  • 15 days paid vacation, plus major US holidays
  • Healthcare benefits upon hire + 401K plan after 12 months
